A Letter

Dear Reader

If you know me — as a friend, a relative, or from somewhere else in my life — I need to say this first.

I built this website, then sent it to everyone I could think of. A lot of you opened it.

Since then, I've heard from some of you. A few said it helped. That really meant a lot. A few others said it felt like something they didn't ask for — I sent it to them directly, as if I knew what they needed, and I can see now how that landed wrong.

If that was you, I'm sorry. I should have said this earlier. This was never meant to offend you or step into your private space. I was just hoping you might be a channel for this site to reach others who may need it — and that you'd use your own eyes and judgement to help me improve it, if something stood out to you.

So where does all this come from? It comes from years of quiet thinking and reflections on my own. And these ideas in this site are not just my own experiences. They show up in many lives — they are general human experiences that happen to most of us. So, if my words or manner of representation did not land well, I understand — and I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

To those who said or wrote to me saying this helped them figure something out — thank you. You reminded me why I should keep this open to everyone all the time.

To those who shared the link so aQuietSpace could reach more people — thank you. That is how fellow travelers find their way back home.

To those who stayed quiet — I get it. That is your quiet space, you have every right to do so. There is no pressure here. No test of our friendship. Hang around if it helps. Forget it if it doesn't. Both are okay.

As a closing note, thank you for your feedback. I'm truly grateful. That matters more than this website ever could.

Quietly loud
